Market Strategy

Where in given a city do your customers shop? We’ll evaluate multiple layers of data that will point to the number of stores needed to cover the market and what trade areas those stores should be located. Then we will source the very best real estate opportunities, that may or may not be on the market, for you to consider. Once a decision is made on the storefronts you believe are the best, we go to work to negotiate the strongest deal, whether you want to own or lease.

 

Legal

With your deal negotiated, it is critical that the deal is translated that into appropriate “legalese”. We have a network law partners that do retail as their specialty to ensure your lease or purchase contract is fair and your risk is minimized.

 

Architecture

The building you’ve selected will require design modifications to fit your brand, and meet local codes. We will hire and manage an experienced architect who will create plans, obtain approvals, and communicate to contractors exactly what to build.

Buildout

Selecting a contractor that is best qualified to build your dream can seem arduous. There are a multitude of potential partners but picking the one best qualified to handle your project requires a vetting process that considers a number of aspects – experience, retail knowledge, city relationships, internal resources, bandwidth, and more. We speak their language and can weed out the players who are not right. We’ll find several that fit the bill and have them compete for your business. We’ll engage and manage them until completion.
